DNA Fitness provides a complimentary fitness assessment for anyone who joins and wants to get started on one of our programmes! Many gyms throughout Auckland charge a fee for their assessments, but we feel that everyone should have access to an injury prevention screening by a personal trainer.

Angela has a vast experience in the fitness industry and has built an enviable reputation, with records including national and international fitness titles. Angela loves giving her clients a motivating training session where they work effectively, achieve their goals and most importantly, experience a positive and enjoyable workout. She also has 2 children so is very relatable and experienced with pre and post-natal clients. Mum's N Bub's sessions are popular!
