DNA Fitness provides a complimentary fitness assessment for anyone who joins and wants to get started on one of our programmes! Many gyms throughout Auckland charge a fee for their assessments, but we feel that everyone should have access to an injury prevention screening by a personal trainer.

Angela loves giving her clients a motivating training session where they work effectively, achieve their goals and most importantly, experience a positive and enjoyable workout.
Angela is a firm believer in enjoying everything you do in life – including getting into shape. She’ll pack every workout with a fun variety of challenges and ways to train.
