Your personal programme is created and we show you how to do your exercises, with good form. We want results and we help you achieve them quickly and safely.

Group Fitness Classes

Fitness and fun all rolled into one. Try one of our classes to improve endurance while burning just as many, if not more, calories than on the machines!
